The Centre for Research in Wellbeing and Happiness (CRWBH) is envisaged to foster interdisciplinary thoughts and ideas encompassing subjective aspects of wellbeing through a social-science lens. It is a pioneering research initiative established at FLAME University, dedicated to addressing challenges related to societal wellbeing by integrating subjective dimensions within the Indian context. We aim to conduct academic and policy research in areas allied to wellbeing and happiness by focussing on the interaction between objective and subjective measures. Our team strives to explore emerging paradigms in the area of wellbeing by looking beyond conventional socioeconomic metrics and incorporating diverse themes into academic, research, and policy discussions to foster holistic societal development.
