* As a part of your admission process, you need to record a 60-second video about your views on 'Why you want to join FLAME University?' and upload it in the document upload section on your application portal.

We shortlist candidates based on their overall performance on all the parameters listed above. As an applicant, if you score below average in one of the parameters, but your application is strong in other aspects, chances are you might still get an offer from FLAME University. Obviously, the higher the test score, the better your chances of getting an offer letter. Your chances of selection are brighter if you have a strong academic record, well-articulated SOP, and extracurricular/ professional achievements.

No, only current year CAT score is valid. The same applies to other national level admission tests such as XAT, MAT, CMAT and MH-CET. The validity of GMAT is 5 years. So, if you have a valid GMAT score till the date of enrolment, you are eligible to apply.

Please upload a scanned copy of your scorecard on the FLAME University application portal. We will re-evaluate your application based on your new national level test score.

Online Personal Interviews will typically be conducted on Saturday or Sunday. You will be required to allot half an hour for the same. Essay will be conducted on weekdays.

You will receive two separate emails on your registered email id.

1. One will detail the day and time for Essay. The second will communicate the day and time of your Personal Interview. System requirements will also be communicated.
2. The Online Personal Interview is a part of the FLAME University online admission process. Applicants shortlisted for online personal interview will receive an email from the university including details such as day-date, timing and a zoom link to join. Please note FLAME University will schedule interviews on any one of the cycle wise scheduled dates between 9:30 AM to 5 PM. We advise you to plan your availability as per the mentioned schedule, as we may not be able to reschedule your interview.

AADHAR card or PAN card or Passport will serve as an identity proof for you to attend FLAME University’s online admission process. Only originals shall be treated as valid proof of identity. You are required to keep the same handy during the entire online admission process.

FLAME University evaluates your application based on parameters mentioned in the ‘Selection Process’ section. The decision of FLAME University shall be final in this regard.

There is no management quota at FLAME University. All students are admitted strictly on merit basis.

The university shall refund the admission deposit fee after deducting INR 5000, if such a request is received before the specified date. If a candidate requests for withdrawal any time thereafter, no such request shall be processed.

Depending upon the availability of vacant seat(s), we will notify the waitlisted candidates. Please remain in touch with our counsellors.

It is an intensive program before the commencement of the academic program. It seeks to enhance your quantitative and verbal abilities aimed at helping you during your post-graduation at FLAME University. This program is mandatory for all students.

It is an orientation program to familiarise new students with the campus, academic program, grading, campus facilities, events and activities, and systems.

Both, the induction and preparatory programs are conducted before the commencement of the postgraduate program.

FLAME University’s admission process will be conducted completely online. You will be able to attend the admission process from home.

PG FEAT (FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test) is an online examination conducted by the FLAME University for admission to its PGPEI Program.
Candidates can either take National Level entrance tests (CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT/NMAT/GMAT/MH-CET) or PG FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test (FEAT).
If you opt for PG FEAT, we will send you an email with details such as time, date and other relevant instructions to appear for the online test.

PG FEAT is of 120 minutes duration and is divided into 4 sections, as given below:

• Section 1: Verbal Ability - 40 Questions (50 marks)
• Section 2: Reasoning (Analytical and Logical) - 20 questions (40 marks)
• Section 3: Quantitative ability - 20 questions (30 marks)
• Section 4: General knowledge - 20 questions (20 marks)

The Verbal ability section will include questions on vocabulary, grammar, sentence correction, composition, comprehension etc.
All questions shall be of multiple-choice (MCQ) type.
There is no negative marking for PG FEAT.
Calculators are not allowed during the PG FEAT.

The online PG FEAT will be conducted using human proctoring as well as the latest remote proctoring technology. You are required to provide permission for a webcam and microphone. Please ensure the room is sufficiently lit.

If you have national level entrance test scores (CAT/MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/NMAT/MH-CET/GMAT), you do not need to take PG FEAT. Only Essay and Online Personal Interview will be conducted for you. Kindly upload your national level entrance test scores on the application portal.
