About Aditi Seshadri: Aditi Seshadri is a journalist-turned-marketer-turned-entrepreneur with seven years of professional media experience and 11 years in the social impact sector. She has worked in a variety of roles with print media, non-profit organisations, and social entrepreneurship. She co-founded Unlock Impact, a social Impact advisory and consulting firm that tackles inequality across South and South East Asia. At Unlock Impact, she launched Comms Ninja, an initiative that helps to bring mid-career women back into the workforce. She has also co-founded Nushu Network, a leadership and coaching platform for women entrepreneurs in Asia. She mentors with the SHEROES platform for micro-entrepreneurs and the Villgro Philippines' WeRise accelerator for women entrepreneurs.
