Prof. Yashika Shukla is pursuing Doctorate Degree in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management from Indian Institute of Management Indore.
BIO

Prof. Yashika Shukla is an Assistant Professor - Human Resource Management at FLAME University. She is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management Indore. She has also completed advanced doctoral coursework at the Global School in Empirical Research Methods (GSERM), University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from UP Technical University. 


She has over five years of work experience and was associated with IDBI Bank. She is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking (CAIIB).


Her research has been widely recognized through publications in reputed journals, book chapters, and presentations at international conferences. Her notable work includes studies on the role of AI in Human Resource Management. Her research interests include technology and employee dynamics, work and identity, and ethics in the workplace.
