Prof. Vinit Ghosh

Prof. Vinit is an Associate Professor Human Resource Management at FLAME University, Pune. He earned his PhD in OB/HR from Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati. He holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from University of Calcutta and a Bachelor's degree in Technology from University of Kalyani.

Before joining FLAME University, he served as a faculty member at T. A. Pai Management Institute, Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya, and Goa Institute of Management. He also worked as a Senior Business Process Management Consultant with Cognizant Technology Solutions and HCL Technologies.

His teaching areas include Organizational Behaviour (OB), Digital HR, and Business Leadership. His research interests encompass diversity and creativity, talent management, and technology-enabled Human Resource Management (HRM), among others. His research has been widely recognized through publications in reputed journals and book chapters, as well as presentations at international conferences.

Prof. Vinit is also a co-author of the textbook HR Analytics: Bridging Theory and Practice, published by McGraw Hill, India.
