Prof. Shreya Mukherjee has a Doctorate Degree in Management (Human Resource and Organizational Behaviour) from Faculty of Management Studies/University of Delhi. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekananda Technical University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from NIT Raipur.
BIO

Prof. Shreya Mukherjee is an Assistant Professor – Human Resource Management at FLAME University. Prof. Shreya Mukherjee is Ph.D. in HR/OB from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi. She also holds UGC NET JRF scholarship at 99.98 percentile 2018. 


Prof. Shreya specializes in Talent Management and Human Resource Management. She has over 6 years of corporate experience in IT industry and Management Consultancy. Previously she has held teaching and administrative roles at institutions like WOXSEN University and IILM Delhi. Her research contributions are widely recognized, published in Scopus and ABDC listed journals, and she has presented at multiple prestigious conferences with Best Paper Award recognitions. 


Her research interests include employee wellbeing, career management, stress management, and contemporary workplaces issues such as DEI, gig economy, future of work and artificial intelligence.
