Pune, 12th November 2025: FLAME University invites applications for its 2026 intake across undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs, introducing a reimagined curriculum designed to equip students with the skills, mindset, and global perspective to thrive in an everchanging world. Reflecting its deep commitment to making quality education accessible, the university offers an extensive range of merit scholarships and need-based financial aid.

This strong emphasis on access and inclusion complements FLAME’s broader academic vision, which continues to evolve in response to the rapidly changing global landscape. At a time when higher education is being redefined by rapid technological, social, and environmental shifts, FLAME’s new curriculum signals a forward leap. The University has introduced Concentrations and Career Academies, key innovations that deepen academic inquiry and strengthen real-world readiness, supported by FLAME ME-360, a distinctive module designed to make students more self-aware, adaptable, and industry-aligned.

“At FLAME, our curriculum redesign is about rethinking the purpose of education,” says Prof. Dishan Kamdar, Vice-Chancellor, FLAME University, and adds, “We want our students to experience learning as a process of discovery, where they understand themselves better and are able to tailor their education as per their interests. We help them build capabilities that will allow them to shape a rapidly changing world.”

FLAME’s four-year undergraduate program, with an optional three-year exit, allows students to explore broad foundations before delving into their chosen specializations. The introduction of Concentrations (optional offering in the fourth year), which include artificial intelligence, investments and capital markets, cognitive psychology and applied econometrics, amongst others, enables students to go deeper into their fields of interest, creating personalized academic pathways aligned with their future aspirations.

The introduction of Career Academies in the MBA and MBA (Communications Management) programs bridges the gap between classroom learning and industry practice. FLAME-ME360 serves as a foundational module that fosters self-discovery and career alignment. Through reflective exercises, workshops, and one-on-one counselling, students identify their strengths, values, and aspirations, enabling purposeful academic and professional decisions. FLAMEME360 empowers students to navigate ambiguity with confidence, build authentic personal narratives, and engage meaningfully with recruiters and industry networks.

Beyond its programs, FLAME’s approach to learning continues to stand apart for its commitment to interdisciplinary thinking and experiential learning, qualities that define the next generation of universities shaping the future of learning.

FLAME also offers a wide range of merit scholarships and need-based financial aid to support academic excellence and access for deserving students. These include merit-based awards at the time of admission (ranging from partial to full fee waivers), and special scholarships that recognize achievers in academics, sports, and other fields at the state, national, or international level. In addition, need-based financial assistance supports students facing unforeseen financial challenges, while continuing students who demonstrate exceptional performance, ranking in the top 5% of their batch, qualify for further academic scholarships. Together, these initiatives underscore FLAME’s enduring focus on nurturing talent and ensuring equal access to quality education.

By continuously reimagining how knowledge is taught and experienced, FLAME University reinforces its role as a pioneer in interdisciplinary education, shaping not just employable graduates, but also reflective thinkers, responsible leaders, and lifelong learners ready to make an impact on the world.
