Conference / Symposium

FLAME University, in collaboration with One Young India, is pleased to invite students (Grades 8–12) to participate in the FLAME Model G20 Summit 2026.

Model G20 is an immersive simulation of the G20 Leaders’ Summit, where participants step into the roles of global leaders and policy advisors to deliberate on pressing international challenges. Delegates engage in consensus-based negotiations, draft joint communiqués, and work through complex issues such as economic resilience, climate action, digital governance, sustainable development, and global cooperation.

It is a premier platform for students who want to move beyond traditional debate formats and engage in structured policy advocacy. The summit is intentionally designed to mirror real-world diplomacy, emphasising negotiation strategy, coalition-building, and consensus rather than majority voting.

What makes this experience distinctive is its focus on tangible academic and professional outcomes. Delegates work towards drafting academic-style white papers, presenting policy recommendations, and participating in high-level simulations that strengthen analytical thinking, public speaking, leadership, and collaborative problem-solving skills.

Who Should Attend?
High school students are passionate about personal growth and learning.
Eligibility: Students of Grade 8- Grade 12

What to Expect?
The G20 represents 85% of the global economy. Understanding its mechanisms is crucial for future leaders. The 2026 summit focuses on "Diplomacy in a Disrupted Age." You will be tasked with drafting communiqués that address economic disparities while tackling the climate crisis.

The experience goes beyond debate. You will engage with expert guest speakers who bring real-world perspectives on diplomacy and global policy, participate in interactive workshops that sharpen your negotiation and critical thinking skills, and compete for awards that recognise thoughtful leadership, collaboration, and excellence in diplomacy.
