The session will help students understand the role of emotions in their life and will help them learn to manage their emotions better by improving their emotional intelligence (EQ). It will also make them understand the difference between EQ and IQ and the relevance of EQ in today's time. The session will allow them to navigate their own emotions and its management along with understanding other people's emotions better. The session will focus on a few psychological frameworks and provide practical tips that one can use in everyday life to achieve greater emotional intelligence in different aspects of life.
