Dear Student,
FLAME Upskill is a series of exclusive workshops for high school students on interdisciplinary topics from various fields spanning humanities, sciences, artificial intelligence, communication, sports, and arts amongst others. The series will focus on helping high school students develop crucial skills necessary for a journey of lifelong learning. The series has been conceptualized as a reflection of the liberal education ethos practised and delivered at FLAME University. Attendees will receive a Letter of Participation in appreciation for their efforts during the workshop. These workshops will be conducted for a limited number of participants and selection will be done on a first-come-first-serve basis.

This workshop is exclusively for high school students (Grades X, XI and XII). No other category of participants will be approved to attend the workshop. All participants who attend the complete workshop will receive a certificate or letter of participation. |

This session will focus on the timing, rationale and approach to brand oneself at a very young age to ensure that you will be recognized, remembered and be sought after by others in the very competitive local and global landscape. Your personal brand is the key to unlock a bright, successful and prosperous future - you being preferred from the crowd. |

| Prof. Frederick has over thirty-four years of work experience and was associated with University of Pretoria, University of Johannesburg, University of Stellenbosch, University of the Western Cape and Milpark Business School in South Africa. He was also a Visiting Professor at Accredited Business Schools in France and Sweden. He has received the Best paper award at the 12th Annual International Conference of Global Business and Technology Association (GBATA) held in South Africa, Golden Key International Honours Society Stellenbosch Chapter recognition certificate for excellence in teaching and University of Stellenbosch Rector’s Award for Excellence in Teaching. |
