Intro: India has made great strides in its space programs for the past few years. How will the development of India's space power promote the national status, influence regional affairs, and recreate the balance of power among key players in this region such as China, the US, and Russia? Dr. Giri will explore these important issues and introduce space cooperation in the SAARC region, how it is maturing in BIMSTEC, and eventually overtures to Indo-Pacific nations, including Taiwan.
