Prof. Rahul Pramani holds a Fellow Programme in Management (Ph.D.) in Corporate Governance and Sustainability Accounting from MDI Gurgaon. He is a double Post-Graduate in Finance from Annamalai University and Osmania University and a Commerce Graduate from St. Mary’s College, Osmania University, Hyderabad.
BIO

Prof. Rahul Pramani is Assistant Professor – Finance at FLAME University. He holds a Fellow Programme in Management (Ph.D.) in Corporate Governance and Sustainability Accounting from MDI Gurgaon. He is a double Post-Graduate in Finance from Annamalai University and Osmania University and a Commerce Graduate from St. Mary’s College, Osmania University, Hyderabad.


He has over four years of teaching experience and was associated with Masters’ Union School of Business, Sunstone Eduversity and IMT Hyderabad. His research interest includes sustainable performance in the mining industry, sustainability accounting and reporting, corporate governance and sustainable finance.
