Prof. Naman Dubey - Pursuing PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Indian Institute of Management Shillong; Bachelor’s and Master’s in Psychology from University of Allahabad, Prayagraj;

Prof. Naman Dubey is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Human Resource Management, School of Business. He is a PhD scholar in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from IIM Shillong. He received his master’s degree in psychology from the University of Allahabad.

His research work involves crafting and curating bundles of Employee value propositions to establish strong employer branding. The research spans ten distinct sectors to identify, craft and tailor employer brand benefits providing employers with a competitive advantage in the job market and enabling talent management. His research interests include Employer Branding, Psychometrics, and Making sense of unstructured data. 

He has one year of work experience, during which he served as a Field Investigator at IIM Indore on the project ‘Social Determinants of Healthcare Management at Kumbh Mela Project 2019’ and as a Guest Faculty of Psychology at SHUATS, Prayagraj.
