BIO

Prof. Ankur Kushwaha hold Doctorate Degree in Management with specialization in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management from Indian Institute of Management Indore. He has completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics from UP Technical University. 


He has over eight years of work experience and was associated with Prathama UP Gramin Bank, IDBI Bank and Wipro Technologies. His research work often explores the intersections of management theory and practical application, aiming to bridge the gap between academic research and industry practices. His research interests include the work and careers in the gig economy, the future of work, transforming careers, and sports management.
