BIO

Prof Aditya Agrawal did his PhD in Organizational Behaviour from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. He completed his MBA from IIM Bangalore and B. Tech from IIT Kanpur.


Prof. Aditya has over fifteen years of experience in industry, specifically from the Energy and Real Estate sectors.


Aditya’s primary research interests are exploring organizational dysfunctional behaviours, positive psychology and conflict resolution. His doctoral thesis is on the topic of Organizational Healing, which was awarded the most promising dissertation award by the MSR division of the Academy of Management.
