Mr. Dinesh Tiwari has over  22 years experience in investing in emerging market, predominantly India-related business (at ICICI Venture, Actis, Stanchart, J P Morgan and Alcazar) and the past six and half years at Multiples helping build the firm. At Multiples where he worked as Managing Director, he had wide and rich experience in building businesses. Over the past 20 years, he has made investments across sectors (ranging from US$ 10 – 50 mn) including industrials, technology, telecommunication and consumer services with full cycle of sourcing, execution and exit experience. As an investor and board member, he has  advised companies on organizational building, financing options, M&A, restructuring and IPOs.


He is now keen to develop an independent platform to address opportunities in the Indian marketplace.


This experience is the genesis of Broad Peak Capital Advisors LLP which he has recently set up.. Briefly, Broad Peak is a management consulting & investment advisory firm with extensive experience in private equity investing, investment banking and strategy consulting.
