  English from Panjab University and holds a Ph.D. in Education from Univers
 ity of Pune.\nWith over three decades’ association with some of the leading
  and premier educational institutions of the country, he brings a wealth of
  experience and expertise in academic administration. Prior to joining FLAM
 E, he was the Head of Administration of the National Institute of Bank Mana
 gement (NIBM), Pune for over ten years. Preceding that, he held the positio
 n of Registrar at the National Defence Academy (NDA), Pune. His experience 
 in academic administration over the past two decades has been marked by tra
 nsparency, openness, visibility and accountability.\nHis academic interests
 , in particular his association with the Oxford University Press, continue 
 to equip him with ideas, commitment and shared understanding of the enterpr
 ise of institution building.\n
