 Mela on 7th March (Friday), at Kalidas from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.! Coming 
 on the eve of the International Women's Day, the theme of the Mela this yea
 r is "Women's Empowerment".\nThe NGO Mela provides an opportunity to NGOs a
 nd social initiatives to showcase their work by putting up stalls and to ge
 nerate funds, as well as to FLAME community members to support these organi
 sations, buy fun products, and learn more about the social sector. It also 
 allows students to liaise with the NGOs for DAP internships over the summer
 .\nThe NGOs will sell products like bags, accessories, jewelry, handicrafts
 , pickles and herbal products in their stalls, and also provide information
  on their work and register volunteers for DAP internships.\nSpecial attrac
 tion: This time we will also have a special archery showcase! Come test how
  good your aim is! Plus, we will have a special song and a surprise street 
 play performance!\nWe look forward to seeing the entire FLAME community hav
 e a fun day at the Mela and support and encourage the participating NGOs in
  the process!\n
