  and the overall success of the business. However, with HR functions evolvi
 ng over the years, it has become essential to keep up with the changing rol
 es. In the upcoming session, FLAME alumna Yogini Chaudhari will share about
  her journey so far, along with the learnings she has gained through divers
 e experiences. She will also share insights on some interesting and new-age
  roles in the HR space and touch upon the skills and mindsets that can help
