 l diplomacy.\n\nBefore joining the UN, he worked with international affairs
  think tanks and has published widely on public policy challenges. Hailing 
 from Andhra Pradesh, Mr. Karthikeya is an alumnus of Georgetown University,
  Washington D.C., and the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi.\n\n
