DESCRIPTION:Climate Change and its impacts are no longer a subject of the future. Adapt
 ation to climate change by the MSMEs will be possible when there is an exer
 cise of conscious will by the MSMEs to make eco-friendly choices and to fin
 d innovative solutions that are financially viable. MSMEs can only achieve 
 this with the support of a conducive regulatory environment and incentive p
 olicies that are clear and which get actually implemented in spirit and for
 m. \n
In the view of the above, IACC- West India Council in association wit
 h its knowledge partner ‘FLAME University’ is organizing a Round Table Disc
 ussion on ‘Improving MSMEs Competitiveness through Low Carbon Economy’ on J
 uly 22 at FLAME Campus.\n
The Round Table Discussion will be between 16-18 
 CEOs/CXOs from MSME sector. They will deliberate on major concerns and chal
 lenges in adopting clean technologies and sustainable business that calls f
 or quick action. The program will be graced by dignitaries like Dr. Anbalag
 an, CEO, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC), Mr. Mangesh
  Jadhav, Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Dr. Sanjay 
 Kolte, CEO, Pune Smart City and Mr. Agrawal, Past Chairman, UPSC.\n
The obj
 ective is to provide a platform and excellent opportunity to the participan
 ts to share first-hand information, policy recommendations in order to comb
 at climate change and accelerate the transition to climate neutrality. \n

 ACC in association with its Knowledge Partner ‘FLAME University’ will publi
 sh a white paper based on the deliberations made during the program and com
 e up with solutions and recommendations which will serve as a useful guide 
 to the concerned regulators and stakeholders at the State and Central level
 .\n
