 uth Asia. Ramki (as he is fondly called) is the Business Head managing the

 e is chiefly responsible for the business growth, client satisfaction and b
 rand imagery in the South Asia market. Ramki has also been President at Caf
 é Coffee Day where his key responsibilities were creation, conversion, rete
 ntion of consumers and crafting programs to enhance customer engagement and
  generate walk-ins. A Chemical Engineer and an MBA, Ramki has a rich experi
 ence of over 25 years across different business areas such as sales, market
 ing and business development and his expertise lies in consumer insight min
