 nProf. Ramnath Narayanaswamy is Distinguished Professor – Social Sciences a
 t FLAME University. He received his Doctorate Degree in Economics and Socio
 logy from Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales, Paris, France and h
 as completed MA and BA in Political Science from University of Poona. He al
 so holds D.E.A in Sociology from University of Vincennes, Paris, France and
  D.H.E.S.S in Economics from Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales, 
 Paris, France.\nDr. Ramnath has over thirty years of work experience and wa
 s associated with IIM - B, Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pun
 e and School of Advanced Studies in Social Sciences, Paris. He was Visiting
  Research Fellow in the Center for Russian and East European Studies at the
  University of Birmingham (supported by the Rockefeller Foundation) and was
  Reader in the Center of Eurasian Studies at the University of Bombay.\nHis
  areas of interest include Business and Society, Economic Reforms in Transi
 tion Economies (India and China), Spirituality and Self Development and Lea
 dership Development, Outsourcing and Creativity and Innovation. He is a fre
