SUMMARY:International Women's Day (Theme - Dare.Impact.Inspire.)
DESCRIPTION:The objective of holding this event is to drive conversations around the in
creasingly visible contribution of women to every walk of life. The world n
eeds more women to take on the mantle of leadership and an ecosystem that n
urtures and empowers them to grow and lead.\n\nFrom a frontline health work
er to a head of state tackling the pandemic, a surgeon competently handling
a critical patient, a teacher and a professor educating the next generatio
n, a lawyer fighting for the rights of the lesser privileged, a village sar
panch bringing in change, a sportsperson bringing laurels to the country,
an entrepreneur creating employment opportunities to a homemaker; women hav
e always played a critical role in societies across the world.\n\nIn the pa
st few decades, women in India have overcome immense barriers to make their
mark in every field. By breaking harmful cultural norms and stereotypes, s
uccessful women in various professions have become role models for the aspi
