 ese companies like DIC Corporation, Nichimen Corporation, Nippon Kodo, NTT 
 Data, and Toyota Tsusho Corporation (during 1995-2005) for joint venture pa
 rtner identification, evaluating market potential, business valuation, and 
 exits. He has also consulted companies like Tata Chemicals, Aquapharm Chemi
 cals, A.T.E. Enterprises, Cooper Foundry, EcoAxis Systems, Gera Development
 s, Pune Carbide, Tata Capital and Union Batteries for their project and fin
 ancial management requirements. Bharat has been a faculty in Finance and En
