DESCRIPTION:FLAME Upskill is a series of exclusive workshops for high school students o
 n interdisciplinary topics from various fields spanning humanities, science
 s, artificial intelligence, communication, sports and arts amongst others. 
 The series will focus on helping high school students develop crucial skill
 s necessary for a journey of lifelong learning. The series has been concept
 ualized as a reflection of the liberal education ethos practiced and delive
 red at FLAME University. Attendees will receive a Letter of Participation i
 n appreciation for their efforts during the workshop. These workshops will 
 be conducted for a limited number of participants and selection will be don
 e on a first-come-first-serve basis.\nFor the second workshop, we bring to

 eeds; UK Professor - Psychology, FLAME University\nProf. Aparna Shankar hol
 ds a doctorate degree in health psychology from the University of Leeds. He
 r doctoral thesis examined psychosocial predictors of maintenance of health
  behaviours. Aparna works on health and well-being in older adults, with a 
 particular emphasis on the role of social relationships. Her other research
  interests include the patterning of health behaviours, the role of the env
