 At FLAME University, we help the students navigate through new academic sys
 tem; and support them to learn to deal with diverse pedagogy, classroom eng
 agement and assessment pattern in the first year of college. We ensure that
  the students transition smoothly from their respective high schools/junior
  colleges to FLAME University. This support is provided by Faculty Mentors 
 and Peer Mentors, who guide a small group of mentees in their academic, co-
 curricular and personal life on campus through their first year. \nWe are g
