DESCRIPTION:\n\nNarendra Dengle is a practicing architect, educationist,and writer. His
  works, since 1974 include rural and urban projects addressing contemporary
  cultural, environmental and aesthetic issues. He has taught at the SPA, Ne
 w Delhi ; was the Design Chair at KRVIA Mumbai (2006-11), the Academic Chai
 r at Goa College of Architecture(Jan 2011-Nov 2014), and is currently the A
 cademic Chair at PVPCOA, Pune. He has been on the CAA's Re vailidation Comm
 ittee and is member of the Charles Correa Gold Medal Jury for the best stud
 ent thesis since 2005. He has been a member of the Urban Heritage Committee
 s for Pune and Mahabaleshwar-Panchgani-Wai-Satara. He is a member of the Ad
 visory Committee for Architectural Heritage of INTACH. His books include ‘J
 haroka’(Marathi), 2007. "The Discovery of Architecture: a contemporary trea
 tise on ancient values and indigenous reality" jointly authored with M N As
 hish Ganju, 2013, and "Dialogues with Indian Master Architects" 2015. He ha
