 g market, predominantly India-related business (at ICICI Venture, Actis, St
 anchart, J P Morgan and Alcazar) and the past six and half years at Multipl
 es helping build the firm. At Multiples where he worked as Managing Directo
 r, he had wide and rich experience in building businesses. Over the past 20
  years, he has made investments across sectors (ranging from US$ 10 – 50 mn
 ) including industrials, technology, telecommunication and consumer service
 s with full cycle of sourcing, execution and exit experience. As an investo
 r and board member, he has  advised companies on organizational building, f
 inancing options, M&A, restructuring and IPOs.\n\n\nHe is now keen to d
 evelop an independent platform to address opportunities in the Indian marke
 tplace.\n\n\nThis experience is the genesis of Broad Peak Capital Advisors
