Professor Jasmine, an accountant by training, has a diverse background and experience. She practiced public accounting in Massachusetts, USA for six years. Her clients included small and mid-sized businesses, ranging from manufacturing, distribution, private equity to non-profit industries. She was honoured with “Star Performing Award” in recognition of her outstanding performance and dedication to client services. Eager to see the other side of the business, she joined a start-up company and established processes for billing, collections, payments and vendor management from ground up. Later when the start-up was being acquired, her expertise in finance and knowledge of the business was invaluable to the management team throughout due diligence process. Post acquisition, she ventured into product management and fell inspired by the power of technology and its unlimited potential to solve problems and create better life experience. She excelled at empathizing users’ needs and facilitated cross-functional teams to provide value and design solutions.
She holds a MBA degree from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literature, major English from National Chung Hsing University. She is a certified public accountant of Massachusetts, USA and is affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Information Management and Technology Assurance.
