My journey at FLAME is almost at an end and now I can't begin to imagine life outside it. Yet, it is with an excited anxiety that I look to use my learning in the real world. I have learnt the true meaning of the word 'potential'. I've learned to harness my creativity & skill and not rely on strokes of 'inspiration'. “FLAME encouraged me to follow both my passions: Music and Mathematics. While I studied mathematics in FLAME during day, I would spend countless hours in the evening and nights creating music alone and with my friends. FLAME's magnanimity can be seen through the fact that they organized a whole course for mathematics just for two students (one of them being me.) Physics, my other passions had an even more surprising student to teacher ratio - 1 to 1. I cannot even begin to start considering how grateful I am to FLAME. This I think, is something special. Not too many students have the opportunity to feel gratitude for their undergraduate college. My teachers were more than teachers to me. They knew me more than just how a teacher would know a student. They knew me as an individual. They knew me as Kabeer. For this, I am grateful.
I am presently discovering new and beautiful music from all around the world. I am about to release a video for my music. The video is made by a student of the FLAME School of Communication (in fact many of the actors of the video are from the FLAME School of Performing Arts!) I intend to start performing throughout the country very soon.”

While these details are not relevant to most, I thank FLAME for letting me have them all without interference and letting me grow at my own pace.  FLAME neither panicked when I fumbled, nor did it glorify my achievements. It let me be and gave me the space to think and discover myself. FLAME gave me exposure and perspective into a plethora of fields that I would’ve normally been completely unaware of. I’m glad I was a lab-rat of the FLAME experiment, because the journey taught me to comfortably adapt and take responsibility while having a lot of fun both inside and outside the classrooms.”
