Fitch Ratings India Private Ltd

Hi Vikas,

Its great to have Miten among us and he has been quite helpful to the team. He has taken up quite a few assignments for us. The main ones are listed below:

  1. Study of Non-Performing assets in India and their resolution
  2. Study of Asset backed Securitisation market in India

One of these two projects or both depending on our priorities would become his final project. For now he is doing the ground work on both projects. We hope to engage him every way possible to make his stay here both useful and intellectually stimulating. We will be happy to hear from you and share our views on his development and final project.

Awanti is doing a good job so far. Her grasping power and analytical abilities are commendable. The project title which she is working on is ‘Training Calendar & the Boucher’ for the Training Dept at Forbes Marshall.

We at Forbes Marshall issue a certificate to the trainees only after, they have given a formal presentation to the entire HR team on their project and learning’s. Definitely the hard copy of the project is also required as you have mentioned in the mail.

It was nice to speak with you today. As discussed, Gopal has been great to have on board as an intern. His attitude cannot be faulted - he is always up to any task allocated to him and does it to the best of his abilities. He is also fairly street-smart and is able to cope up with all sorts of exigencies that a typical work-day usually throws up.     Neha is a good team player, though initially, she was more by herself – 80%. Too soon to guage the sense of belongingness.
