Admission Process
The selection procedure for admission into the PGDM and Undergraduate programs of FLAME is a three-stage process. The procedure and stages will be the same though the levels will be different.

Stage I: Aptitude Test
The test will evaluate the applicant's competence in the following areas: Verbal Ability, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning.

The test will have seventy-five multiple choice type questions to be answered in 150 minutes. The questions will be drawn from situational cases that reflect real life scenarios.
All the cases will have questions from all of the above-mentioned areas and required to perform equally well in all areas.

Stage II: OS & PT
After completing test the applicants will proceed to the next stage: Opportunity Spotting (OS) and Personality Testing (PT). Applicants will be required to write short essays on topics that will test their potential to be business leaders and assess their personality traits.

Stage II will be conducted on the same day as the aptitude test.

Stage III: Personal Interview
Based on the performances in Stage I and Stage II applicants will be invited for a Personal Interview.
