It is my privilege to introduce the Foundation for Liberal And Management Education to you.
FLAME has been set up to create a space where the mind can roam in the world of ideas, foster the spirit of enquiry and nurture a learning environment.
FLAME has designed a unique integrated four year undergraduate program in liberal education, and set up a School of Business, School of Communication and Centre for Organizational Growth and Excellence (COGE). |

Underlining these institutes is a philosophy of learning which is participative and interactive, where the teacher and the taught engage in a dialogue, learn from each other and generate wisdom relevant to the time, and the time to come.
Sports are an integral part of growth to foster
a healthy competition and collaboration and the need to be conscious about one’s body.
Discovery is an essential process, a self and system discipline; a choice which weaves knowledge, emotions, and actions into mature growth.
FLAME is located in an enchanting land surrounded by hills and water bodies, open skies and lush greenery of foliage and trees, evoking awe and wonder of the gifts of nature. It is in this inspiring environment that FLAME invites you to join the journey of Learning.
