Tushar Dagade studied B.Sc. (Chemistry) from Pune University. He went on in his academics and studied M.B.A. (Marketing) from Pune University.

In his teaching career, he has taught in Sinhagad Institute of Management, Pune, for over one year. He has also served as Head, Placements & Corporate Relations in D.Y.Patil Institute of Management Studies, Pune, for more than a year.

In addition, he also has managerial and administrative experience of more than 8 years as Probationary Officer and Marketing Executive in Corporate sector.
