(b) You will soon receive an email giving you a link to download the form in PDF format. Download the form and print it.
(c) Send a Pay Order / Demand Draft of the appropriate amount to FLAME
alongwith the dully filled-in application form.
(d) FLAME will send you the prospectus and the kit after receipt of the payment.
