Dr.Pranab Deb has completed his PhD from SIU in 2010 in the subject of applied knowledge management. He has almost 20 years of experience, both industry as well as academics, his last being as the director of PIBM, Pune.

Prof. Deepak Dheer is a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from I.I.T Madras and a Post Graduate in Management from I.I.M Ahmedabad  with brilliant academic record. Prof.  Deepak Dheer has more than 35 years of experience in Industry in both private and public sector. He started his career with the prestigious Tata Administrative Services.

Gauri Gandhi

Gauri Gandhi obtained graduation and post graduation in fine arts (sculpture) from M.S.University,   Baroda with distinction   1974---1982.
Trained in ceramics exclusively  under Nirmala Patwardhan   Pune 1997.

Sujay Joshi

He is a Post Graduate from IIM Ahmedabad and a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in fund management, corporate finance and in general management in the manufacturing sector. He has initiated developed and implemented strategy for many corporates with a view to enhance shareholder value.

Rupa Korde

Ms. Korde has a Masters Degree in Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from M.S. University of Baroda. She has over 8 years of teaching experience with reputed institutes like Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and Symbiosis International University, and has also conducted Study India Programmes for Students of NTU Singapore.

Santosh Kumar Kudtarkar
MSc (IIT, Madras), Ph. D. (Institute of Mathematical Sciences, Chennai)

Dr. Kudtarkar completed his post-graduation i n physics from IIT, Madras and received a Ph. D. in theoretical physics from the Institute of Mathematical Sciences, Chennai. Prior to joining FLAME, Dr Kudtarkar worked in a provincial university for a year teaching physics to post-graduate students. Taking a break from active research for two years, he taught physics and mathematics to high school students.

Hoshiar Mal
M.Tech. (IIT Madras, Chennai)  

Hoshiar Mal studied Solid State Technology and Microwave Electronics for his M.Tech. He achieved academic honors and distinctions in Mathematics and Physics throughout his studies right from his Senior Secondary School Examinations.

Anil Mendhi

Prof. Anil Mendhi did his Master of Management Studies (MMS) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, Mumbai and has B. E. (Electronics and Telecommunication) degree from Visveswaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), Nagpur with excellent academic records.

Dr. Ashutosh Potdar

Ashutosh Potdar has received his M.Phil and Ph.D from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. His doctoral research examines the theme of alien in Science Fiction with primary focus on the post-war British Science Fiction. His  research interests also include Narrative Theory and Theatre Studies. He has published his research work in English and Marathi in various journals and presented papers in national and international conferences.

D.S. Rao
Dean, FLAME School of Business

Prof. D.S. Rao holds a Masters in Management degree with Dean’s Citation from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila and a B.Tech degree with Distiction in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal. He worked with the industry in various capacities for about 18 years in Atlas Copco, Kirloskar Peumatic, ITW Signode and DGP Windsor before shifting to Academics.

Kunal Ray

Kunal Ray completed M.A in English Literature from Fergusson College, Pune. A topper all throughout, he is also a freelance arts commentator for several dailies and contributes to various publications on cinema, literature, music, theatre and visual studies.

Neeta Sharma

Professor Neeta Kirloskar Sharma acquired her M.Phil (D.E.A) degree from Sorbonne University, Paris, in Comparative Literature, after completing her M.A. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi in French Literature, Linguistics, Interpretation and Translation. She is a specialized simultaneous and consecutive interpreter having earned a degree from Paris School of Interpretation & Translation (ESIT). She also has a Teacher's degree for teaching French outside France from the International Centre of Pedagogical Studies, Sevres, France.

Khalid Sheikh

Prof. Khalid Sheikh has done BE in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University and ME in Production Engineering from VJTI Mumbai. He has authored a book “Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP II)” (McGraw-Hill Professional, New York) and numerous articles in national and international magazines.

Amit K. Sinha

Amit K. Sinha continuously experiments with innovating teaching in the area of Marketing and with a rich experience in industry and academic on his side; he earned his Ph.D. from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi.

Vishwanath Sundaresan

Vishwanath Sundaresan has graduated in commerce from R.A.Podar College of Commerce, Mumbai. He later obtained a law degree, from Ruparel College, Mumbai. Thereafter, he attained the professional qualification as a Cost Accountant from the ICWA.

Nandita Wagle
Masters in Modern French Literature (Sorbonne-Paris)

After completing graduation with Political Science, Sociology and French in 1994, Nandita Wagle taught French for 12 years, at Alliance Francaise and 2 years at Pune University. She is a professional French translator and interpreter for technical and non-technical domains and has translated literary works from French to Marathi and vice versa that have been published in India and France.
