Formally or informally, every new business venture, whether it is a standalone new start-up or a new product / new market initiative of an established corporation, goes through a series of identifiable steps which require substantial and deliberate efforts. These phases broadly are: start-up, transition, growth and accountability.
Each of these stages throws unique challenges. The business objectives at each stage and the specific focus on critical value-added activities required at each juncture from various business functions (e.g., Strategy and Planning Vs Product Development Vs Finance and Operations Vs Marketing and Sales) need to be mastered to create and grow a successful business.
This workshop enables participants to acquire the relevant skills to face these challenges and steer their venture in a dynamic and competitive environment.
