After successfully conducting the first event in Mumbai, we are now coming to Ahmedabad on Sunday 9 December 2018 for the next session of Alumni Meet and the Workshop on Negotiation Skills by Dr Dishan Kamdar, our Vice Chancellor.

Negotiation is an integral part of life. But there isn't one given way to negotiate. We all use different techniques, depending on the situation and context. What is important is how we manage the discussion so that all parties come out winners. How we can build and sustain bridges while addressing diverse views, opinions, and perspectives to reach an agreement or understanding? In the hands-on, interactive workshop, you will learn all this and much more. In the end, participants will be able to use the learning to more effectively manage relationships, avoid systematic biases while making decisions, and navigate their position in any negotiation situation.

The Workshop on Negotiation Skills is part of the Continual Learning Series, which has been initiated by Dr Dishan Kamdar to hold interactive sessions on the latest trends in diverse sectors that will enhance the learning of FLAME Alumni. The first workshop was held in Mumbai on 17 November 2018.
