Why I Chose FLAME
The opportunity to teach a broad range of courses across different fields. It gives a feeling of community since the interaction between students and faculty is more personal as opposed to large institutions where the interactions are impersonal.
What Sets FLAME Apart From Other Institutions
It focuses more on a well-rounded, generalized grooming of students rather than a specialized kind of grooming.
The Courses I Teach At FLAME
The courses I teach at FLAME are Introduction to Psychology, Biological Bases of Behavior, Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology and Methods of Psychological Testing.
My Most Eventful Experience In The Classroom
Teaching a new batch of students every year brings along interesting experiences. One question that leads to interesting answers is “why psychology”. The answers range from 1. Want to understand what people think by looking at their faces/ body language to 2. Want to understand myself and my relationships better to 3. It helps in writing fictional characters in a story etc.
